To get rid of extra pounds faster, you need quick results and motivation. Here’s the 3-days military diet that can help you lose 10 pounds! (This diet is for women, but men are advised to add an additional 100 calories a day as protein). Note: this diet may (or may not) be actually used by members of the army. Breakfast can be one of the most essential meals of the day simply because it will give you the energy you need in the morning and can help you boost the metabolism. For the first meal of this 3-days military diet you can have half a grapefruit, a slice of toasted bread with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
If you have peanut allergy, you can replace it with almond butter, soy butter, sunflower seed butter, hummus, pumpkin butter or beans.
You can drink black coffee or caffeine tea!
The next meal (lunch) consists of half can of tuna, another slice of roasted breadand water, black coffee or tea. If you need to spice your food, choose alternatives such as granulated garlic, pepper and any other spice with low number of calories.
For dinner, you can have 90 grams of any kind of meat, 1 can of green beans, half a banana, a small apple, and a vanilla ice cream cup.
The next morning, breakfast should include a slice of toast or whole-fried bread, a whole egg and half a banana. This diet is meant to last three days and then take a break for 4 days. Repeat it until you reach the desired results. In these 4 free days doesn’t mean that you can eat and drink anything you desire. The goal should still be to eat about 1500 calories or less.
For lunch, you are entitled to a piece of cow cheese (or you can replace it with a slice of cheddar cheese), 1 hard boiled egg and 5 salty crackers. Due to the low amount of food in this diet, it’s not advisable to work intensively in the gym these days. Instead, take a daily 30-minute walk a day.
You can have two sausages, broccoli, two carrots, half a banana and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
The vegetables in this diet should be steamed, boiled or crudely consumed. The meat should be baked, and if you are a vegetarian, you can replace sources of protein with tofu, lentils, beans, mushrooms, etc.
The third and last day has arrived! You’re almost there, don’t give up now!
For breakfast, you must have 5 crackers and salt, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 small apple. Salted biscuits can be replaced with expanded rice and cheddar cheese can be replaced with ham, egg, cabbage or soybean. Don’t forget about black coffee or caffeine tea!
This lunch will be a little poor in food. On the menu is a slice of whole toasted bread and a well boiled egg. You can replace the egg with a cup of milk or two slices of ham or just a chicken wing. As you probably know, from day 1 to day 3 there is a slow and gradual reduction in calories.
For the last meal of the military diet, you can have a can of tuna, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream. And remember, no snack in this diet is allowed.
Remember that weight loss and fat loss are two different things. 10 lbs lost in 3 days doesn’t mean 10 lbs of fat.
