Two Minutes Drink That Burn Fat and Balance Blood Sugar Level

– 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar

– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon of honey

– 200 ml of water

Procedure and how to consume it: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them well. Consume this drink in the morning on the empty stomach. Given that it takes only 2 minutes to prepare it, do not prepare more composition and deposit it to the fridge.
